• Users can use Free Plan upon registration.• Includes up to 10 AI responses every 24 hours• Usage limits reset automatically every 24 hours
2. Subscription Plans
• Users can subscribe to available plans such as Lite, Standard, and Pro• Pricing is calculated per team member• All subscriptions follow a monthly billing cycle with automatic renewal
3. Subscription Management
Users can manage their subscription at any time by:
• Upgrading or downgrading their plan• Adding or removing team members• Canceling their subscription
4. Billing Adjustments
We provide automatic billing adjustments to ensure fair and transparent pricing
4.1 Subscription Cancellation
• Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period• Any unused balance will be calculated as account credit• Remaining credit will be automatically applied to the next invoice• No refunds will be issued
4.2 Adding Team Members
• Newly added members receive immediate access• Charges are calculated only for the remaining days in the current billing cycle• Additional charges are applied immediately
4.3 Removing Team Members
• Removed member slots become available immediately• Removing members does not change the current subscription plan• No refunds or billing reductions are provided for removed members during the active billing cycle
5. Plan Changes
5.1 Plan Upgrades
• Upgraded features and limits become available immediately• Additional charges are applied right away
5.2 Plan Downgrades
• Downgraded features and limits take effect immediately• Any remaining balance or unused amount will be adjusted in the next billing cycle or invoice
6. Payment System
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe• Credit and debit cards are supported• Users can manage payment methods at any time• Billing history and invoices are available within the account dashboard
7. Important Notes
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month unless canceled• Billing is based on the number of active team members• Billing adjustments are processed automatically• No hidden fees or unexpected charges apply
